We celebrate Mark's & Agnes BDAY :)
Some of you know him as resident DJ aMaZe of the legendary Baikonur Phuture-Club.
Now he slowly but surely grown up and go for years under Mark Jackus.
In addition, he and Agnes transformed with the CusCus Events the one or other Club into a wild animal mob.
Now they conjured a special Booking for their Bday at a special place -
Goethe Bunker with DJ PIERRE ...
Normally, Pierre perfomrs at birthday partys of Laurent Garnier, Carl Cox and Green Velvet, but since 2008 (Cuscus Love Parade) he has a very special relation to CusCus and underlined this also with Little Louie Vega in their track "In da Jungle" in 2010.
DJ Pierre has influenced significantly Carl Cox, Laurent Garnier, Felix Da Housecat, Hans Nieswandt to name a few and is one of the innovators par excellence since 1986.
DJ Hell is a big fan of him. About Pierre we could write a whole book.
Here´s a shortcut how it all begans:
Together with his friend "Spanky" (Earl Smith Jr.) in 1985 Pierre recorded the song Acid Trax (originally: In Your Mind). This new sound created by Pierre and Spanky generated on a Roland TB-303, was immediately a bomb in Chicago (quote from DJ Pierre's official website. "That night, Ron played" Acid Tracks. "We (Phuture) knew that we had created something that touches people.") In 1986 the song came out as a 12"...the rest is history.
